Rock ‘n Roll Team Building uses the power of music to help leadership teams operate like world-class bands.
In this dynamic keynote, Co-Founder Ciaran Gribbin shares parts of his extraordinary journey — from growing up in Northern Ireland during The Troubles, to gigging in the pubs of Belfast, co-writing the Grammy-nominated Celebration for Madonna, and ultimately becoming the lead singer of INXS.
Through powerful storytelling and real-world music industry experience, Ciaran reveals what great bands understand instinctively — clarity of roles, trust under pressure, creative collaboration, and collective focus — and how these same principles drive high-performing teams in business.
This keynote offers a taste of the Rock ‘n Roll Team Building philosophy: helping organisations perform at their best by thinking and operating like a world-class band.
The session will then continue with Amanda giving a reflective overview on
- Building high-performing teams
- Resilience and reinvention
- Culture as a competitive advantage
- Leadership under pressure
