Karlie Cremin is the co-founder and managing director of DLPA, an organisation dedicated to empowering leaders and teams to thrive through bespoke leadership development programs. With a career spanning construction, government, and not-for-profits, Karlie brings a wealth of experience in crafting adaptable strategies and business models that drive exceptional results.
Her passion for business sustainability and profitability is rooted in her belief that people are the key drivers of organisational performance. This insight led her to establish DLPA as a trusted partner in leadership development. Described as “a brilliant legal mind,” Amal Clooney is the co-founder, along with her husband, George Clooney, of the Clooney Foundation for Justice. Operating in more than 40 countries, the CFJ provides free legal support to victims of vulnerable communities, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, democracy defenders, and journalists. A barrister specializing in international law and human rights, Amal Clooney represents victims of human rights violations in international courts, including the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, and the European Court of Human Rights.
In addition to her court work, she advises governments and individuals on legal issues within her areas of expertise. In 2024, Amal Clooney received the Legal 500 Lawyer of the Year award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to international law. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School and a Senior Fellow at the Columbia Law School Human Rights Institute.
