In this dynamic keynote, Co-Founder Ciaran Gribbin shares parts of his extraordinary journey — from growing up in Northern Ireland during The Troubles, to gigging in the pubs of Belfast, co-writing the Grammy-nominated Celebration for Madonna, and ultimately becoming the lead singer of INXS.
Through powerful storytelling and real-world music industry experience, Ciaran reveals what great bands understand instinctively — clarity of roles, trust under pressure, creative collaboration, and collective focus — and how these same principles drive high-performing teams in business.
This keynote offers a taste of the Rock ‘n Roll Team Building philosophy: helping organisations perform at their best by thinking and operating like a world-class band.

Amanda Barnard
Host
Amanda is a distinguished human resources leader and change catalyst, known for combining pragmatic insight with creativity to design people strategies that engage workforces and empower leaders. With experience at Adobe, Verizon, and Commvault, she has led innovative learning initiatives that build resilient, high-performing teams. Accredited in coaching and multiple assessment frameworks, and holding an MBA in Strategic HR, Amanda also lectures at Macquarie University. Her global experience and inspiring speaking bring forward-thinking leadership insights that drive meaningful impact.
Ciaran Gribbin
Keynote Speaker, Co-Founder & Creative Director – Rock ’n Roll Team Building”
Born during The Troubles in Northern Ireland, he grew up amid sectarian conflict and began his music career performing in the tough bars of Belfast and Derry. He was a founding member of the Irish band Leya, which toured for seven years with major acts such as Snow Patrol and Embrace, released the acclaimed album Watch You Don’t Take Off, and earned a Best New Act nomination at the Irish Meteor Music Awards.
In 2010, Gribbin received a Grammy nomination for co-writing Celebration with Madonna and Paul Oakenfold. He has worked with world-class artists including U2 and Paul McCartney, performed at major festivals such as Rock in Rio, and opened for acts like Crowded House, The Script, and Gotye.
As a composer, he has contributed to several film soundtracks, including writing the songs for Killing Bono. In 2011, he became the lead singer of INXS, touring internationally. His song Hey Baby Doll, performed by Al Pacino in the film Danny Collins, was shortlisted for an Academy Award.

Richard Hall
Deputy Dean at Monash Business School
Professor Richard Hall is Deputy Dean, Leadership and Corporate Education at Monash Business School.
Richard has extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes for managers, professionals and senior leaders. He has published widely in the areas of management and organisation studies, including leadership, technology, organisational change, transformation and development, and the future of work. He has designed, managed and delivered MBA programmes at a number of universities and currently teaches Executive Leadership Mindsets in the Global Executive MBA at Monash University. He has deep experience working with major corporations, and organisations in the business, government, community and not-for-profit sectors.
Richard has held previous appointments at the Universities of Queensland, Melbourne and Sydney. He has been visiting professor at the University of Strathclyde, Imperial College London and Harvard University.

Angela Fox is the senior vice president and managing director of Dell Technologies Australia & New Zealand. In her role she has overall accountability for Dell’s business operations and success locally.
With 30+ years of experience at senior levels of the technology sector Angela has held several senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific and Japan, and Australia.
With a proven track record and reputation for motivating and leading diverse cross-functional teams to high levels of performance she is a collaborative and inclusive leader who is a strong advocate of creating a culture that encourages all to find their voice. With both an internal and external commitment to driving change she is Dell Technologies global executive sponsor of Women in Action and sponsors both the Dell Women Entrepreneur Network as well as the Women in IT Executive Mentoring program across federal government.
With multi-faceted experience across industries, routes to market and technologies, Angela is passionate about the crucial role that technology plays in driving human progress and redefining the way we live and work through innovation.
As a member of the AIIA Board of Directors & Co-Deputy Chair, working with peers from across the technology spectrum, she is a strong advocate for Australia’s digital ecosystem. Through education, influence, networking & recognition the AIIA plays a crucial role in contributing to Australia’s economic prosperity.
Having grown up on a dairy farm in New Zealand she graduated from University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Zoology. Having moved to Australia to pursue her career, Angela is a proud dual citizen of Australia & New Zealand. She lives in Sydney with her husband, daughter and two cats.

His consulting ethos, “Consulting made Personal,” reflects his commitment to immersive support and delivering the best possible outcomes. In January 2023, Fuzzy LogX was acquired by Argon & Co to strengthen their global logistics capability.
Jeff’s expertise in logistics transformation is showcased in his involvement in high-impact projects, such as the construction of automated warehouses for major retail groups and the delivery of greenfield facilities for New Zealand’s largest grocer. His proficiency spans across capital project management, materials handling automation, and the implementation of complex systems, making him an invaluable asset to any organisation aiming for strategic growth.
